If you have forgotten your account username you can retrieve it by following these steps.
- Start by going to your site and click the word "username" below the login box where it reads, "I forgot my username or password."
- Enter your email address and click "Send Username."
- Your username will be sent to your email.
- Navigate back to the website and enter in your username and password to sign in.
Note: There is a difference between the display name and the username for your account.
